Responsibilities
- Manage 8-15 team members during weekend and overnight shifts
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service escalations
- Monitor inventory and operational KPIs
- Train new hires on service procedures
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless transitions
- Conduct shift briefings and performance feedback sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Flexible availability (Fri-Sun nights, 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Nevada Gaming Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license (required for supply runs)
