Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support during evening and weekend shifts
- Monitor patient vital signs and document medical records accurately
- Assist with daily living activities and specialized care procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
- Support patient education and discharge planning processes
Qualifications
- Current CNA, LPN, or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends and nights consistently
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems
- Valid Indiana healthcare provider license
