Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, products, and services.
- Process customer returns, exchanges, and requests accurately and efficiently.
- Update and maintain customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and a focus on retention.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support department goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills are required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) for the full shift.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
