Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Foresight: Conduct comprehensive macro-economic and technological analysis to predict market trends relevant to the 2026 horizon.
- Scenario Planning: Develop and model multiple future scenarios (optimistic, pessimistic, and likely) to stress-test our business continuity plans.
- Innovation Architecture: Identify emerging technologies—such as AI integration and decentralized systems—and define our roadmap for adoption.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex strategic insights into clear, actionable directives for the C-suite and board of directors.
- Roadmap Development: Create a detailed 3-5 year strategic plan that aligns with our mission to dominate the 2026 market landscape.
- Talent Strategy: Advise on the skills and workforce structures required to thrive in a post-2026 economy.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Management, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in senior strategic planning, futurism, or corporate strategy roles.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, including generative AI, blockchain, and quantum computing implications.
