Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Handle customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with inventory.
- Assist in maintaining a high standard of store presentation and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
