The Role:
In this position, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and customers. You will ensure that every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression while maintaining high operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
