- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive stakeholders
- Anticipate global megatrends and translate insights into competitive market advantages
- Design scenario-planning models for climate-resilient infrastructure and sustainable tech
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite and board audiences with compelling data narratives
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on next-gen research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (post-2025 roadmap experience)
- Expertise in exponential technologies: AI, quantum, synthetic biology, and neurotech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent certification
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier publications
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Kumu)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-vision implementations
