Qualifications

- 7+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Published research in AI/ML or emerging technologies
- Experience with patent development and commercialization
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary R&D teams
