Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce executive-level strategic roadmaps with clear KPIs and implementation milestones
- Establish innovation pipelines for next-generation products/services aligned with 2026 market projections
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitor strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic implementations
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
