Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology shifts (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise resilience and innovation
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and market entry strategies
- Deliver executive briefings and trend reports to guide long-term investment decisions
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints to test future business models
- Author thought leadership on disruptive market forces and societal evolution
- Coordinate with global research partners to validate future trend hypotheses
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics, or technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging market or technology disruption
- Experience advising C-suite on multi-year strategic transformation
- Deep knowledge of 2026+ tech stacks (AI governance, quantum adoption, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for executive audiences
