Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across verticals
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech)
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Manage a team of futurists and research analysts
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic trends affecting future markets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation conferences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 environments
