- Produce high-impact strategic briefings and trend reports for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation hubs
- Drive organizational adoption of agile foresight methodologies and scenario planning
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Experience scaling foresight processes across global organizations
