- Lead cross-functional workshops to cultivate future-oriented mindsets across the organization
- Produce actionable insights reports on AI ethics, climate resilience, and human-machine collaboration
- Identify and nurture partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused corporate strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling methodologies
