Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or trend analysis at Fortune 500 level
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leader with 10+ peer-reviewed articles on future trends
- Technical fluency in AI/ML tools, predictive modeling, and data visualization
