- Author whitepapers on societal implications of automation and AI governance
- Manage $2M innovation budget for moonshot projects
- Mentor junior futurists in ethical foresight methodologies
- Represent company at global tech summits (Davos, Web Summit)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futures research, or emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies
- Fluency in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing basics
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis tools
- Portfolio of at least 3 implemented future-proofing strategies
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG frameworks
