Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks across all business units
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with market transformation potential
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive industry shifts
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-gen products and services targeting 2026 market readiness
- Establish innovation KPIs and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and lead a specialized futurist research team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technological roadmaps
