- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for enterprise innovation
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present trend analysis and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards
- Build cross-functional teams to execute 2026-vision initiatives across global markets
- Pioneer new methodologies for measuring future-readiness and innovation ROI
- Author thought leadership content positioning InnovateFuture as the future's architect
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills for complex concepts
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
