Responsibilities

- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders through compelling data narratives

- Integrate foresight methodologies into product roadmaps and operational planning processes
- Mentor innovation teams in future-thinking practices and adaptive leadership principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, futurism, or disruption analysis at enterprise level
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional command of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal impacts
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation strategy
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots and market transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SF) or related advanced methodology
