Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Produce actionable scenario plans and risk mitigation strategies for 2026 market conditions
- Design and execute innovation workshops with global stakeholders to co-create future visions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and boards with data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of future-oriented initiatives on business growth

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and futures research methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field preferred
