Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, tech innovation, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and design thinking
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
