- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, aligning with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, blockchain, neuromorphic computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech disruptions and competitive landscape analysis
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies across 15+ product lines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation management, with 5+ years in forward-looking planning
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AI ethics, or neurotech
- Strategic certification (e.g., INSEAD Innovation Strategy) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with advanced visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
