Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and market shifts to forecast opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision
- Produce competitive intelligence reports and scenario planning documents
- Drive innovation pipeline management with KPI-focused metrics
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging tech analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching next-generation products/services
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology preferred
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) highly desirable
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
