- Produce high-impact trend briefings and scenario planning documents
- Drive adoption of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, bio-convergence)
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Program
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and ROI tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption curves
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex scenario modeling
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation journals
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Economics, or Futures Studies
