Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps by analyzing emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, bio-tech) and market disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and scale future-facing solutions with measurable ROI
- Partner with product teams to integrate 2026-vision technologies into core product development cycles
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical deployment of advanced AI and autonomous systems
- Present strategic innovation blueprints to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with rigorous performance tracking
- Drive industry thought leadership through whitepapers and keynote presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercial deployment
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Studies, Technology Foresight, or equivalent strategic planning discipline
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
