- Establish industry-first innovation frameworks for ethical tech deployment in regulated sectors
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with measurable ROI tracking
- Mentor a team of 12+ futurists and technical architects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven 2020+ tech transformation experience
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Track record of scaling innovations to $100M+ revenue streams
- Active patents in machine learning or distributed systems (5+ granted)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
