Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy or technology leadership
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products with $100M+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level stakeholder management and influence skills
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $20M
