Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and translate insights into strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and business analysts through innovation lifecycles
- Secure $5M+ annual budgets for experimental projects and proof-of-concepts
- Present strategic visions to executive boards and investor committees
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and market impact
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, management consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching 3+ market-disrupting products/services
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Engineering (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Expertise in futures methodology, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Blue Ocean)
- Experience managing global teams and cross-cultural stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership on innovation or future trends
