Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and market foresight
- Lead multidisciplinary teams (AI, biotech, quantum computing) to prototype and validate disruptive concepts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers across Silicon Valley
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with exponential potential
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolios with ROI optimization frameworks
- Drive organizational change management for tech adoption cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in corporate innovation, strategy consulting, or venture capital
- Proven track record launching 3+ market-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Deep understanding of diffusion of innovations theory and S-curve analysis
- Exceptional stakeholder management with C-level experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful innovation projects
