- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Design and validate future-state scenarios using predictive modeling tools
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Partner with academic institutions and government agencies on policy innovation
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 7-figure+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging tech frameworks (Gartner Hype Cycle, TechScape analysis)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning for 2025+ technology landscapes
- Strong network of relationships with tech VCs and academic research centers
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
