Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state scenarios and strategic pathways
- Quantify market opportunities and competitive threats for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future planning
- Proven track record in developing long-term (5+ year) technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and systemic trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech landscapes (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, CFP) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
