Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and technological forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions across AI, IoT, and sustainable tech domains
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging threats and opportunities in global markets
- Partner with product development teams to translate strategic vision into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and impact on long-term business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain an external innovation ecosystem through strategic partnerships and academic collaborations
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies or business models
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent strategic foresight accreditation
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
