- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and launch next-generation products/services
- Analyze global market disruptions and competitive landscapes to identify strategic inflection points
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with industry disruptors and academic institutions
- Present visionary frameworks to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, product innovation, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in futures forecasting, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or relevant field (MBA preferred)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks (blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) or strategic foresight
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
