- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation impact and ROI of future-focused initiatives

- Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of emerging technologies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 tech firms
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Certification in Design Thinking, Agile Innovation, or Strategic Foresight
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing cross-continental teams
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ innovation frameworks successfully implemented in complex environments
