Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-focused product roadmaps
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Drive innovation sprints integrating AI, blockchain, and biotech applications
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 labs
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in futuristic design thinking methodologies
- Oversee patent portfolios and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation leadership with proven 2020s tech disruption track record
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Portfolio of launched products with $50M+ market impact
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies for complex R&D projects
- Strategic foresight certification (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
