Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with global sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-driven solutions for climate resilience
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Secure $5M+ in funding through pitch decks and stakeholder presentations
- Translate complex futuristic concepts into viable product roadmaps
- Monitor emerging tech trends (quantum computing, bio-engineering, etc.) for competitive advantage
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching solutions with $10M+ market impact
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
- Proficiency in agile development and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Experience securing grants from NSF, DARPA, or similar institutions
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
