Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing breakthrough solutions for quantum computing and biotech convergence
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 R&D divisions
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies including generative AI and decentralized systems
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Oversee prototyping and validation of next-gen products in our state-of-the-art labs
- Champion ethical innovation principles and regulatory compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year strategic planning success
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable materials science, or neurotech
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields (2018-2023)
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets with measurable ROI
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes and regulatory trends
- Track record of launching products that reached $100M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics (PhD preferred)
