- Manage innovation budget and resource allocation across 3+ concurrent projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500/tech scale
- Proven track record launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- MBA or advanced degree in technology/strategy preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making framework
- Exceptional communication for influencing executive teams
- Experience scaling innovations from concept to $100M+ revenue
