- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content on emerging tech trends
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Mentor cross-functional teams in design thinking and agile methodologies
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 level
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 2026+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of 5+ year strategic visions
