Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Tech Horizon' reports analyzing disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping technology adoption curves for 2026 market readiness
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate futurist insights into 5-year strategic plans
- Establish KPIs for tracking technology maturity and market disruption timelines
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and other global futurism forums
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist analysts and technology scouts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of accurately predicting tech trends (2018-2023 validation required)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Tech Review
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or synthetic biology
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technology disruption scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from Association of Professional Futurists
