- Produce foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex trends into strategy
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with innovation ecosystems and research institutions
- Advise senior leadership on disruptive threats and market transformation triggers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
