Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech and societal trends to identify strategic opportunities through 2026 and beyond
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for industry disruption and adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision execution
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and strategic roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Monitor horizon-scanning sources (academic, startup, geopolitical) for early signal detection
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-critical innovations
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy preferred
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF, APF) strongly valued
