Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Identify and synthesize emerging tech convergence points across quantum computing, neurotech, and climate innovation
- Lead cross-functional think tanks with C-suite executives to develop next-generation product roadmaps
- Produce annual 'Horizon Reports' mapping technological inflection points and societal impacts
- Champion ethical innovation principles while developing governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on frontier research initiatives
- Present strategic vision to global stakeholders at Davos and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 7+ years strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record in developing multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight academy or similar)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-vision implementations with measurable impact
- Exceptional ability to translate complex systems into compelling stakeholder narratives
