Responsibilities

- Produce scenario-based forecasts for 2026 business landscapes across multiple industries
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into current development pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or similar foresight methodology (e.g., CFM, CFP)
