Responsibilities

- Translate foresight into strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to prepare for disruptive innovations
- Establish KPIs to track emerging technology adoption and market readiness
- Author thought leadership reports positioning InnovateTomorrow as a 2026 industry pioneer
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions aligned with 2026 market projections
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futuristics, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing actionable 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and Delphi methodology
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Published author in futures studies or technology journals
- Experience working with C-suite executives to translate foresight into business strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
