Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological convergence, societal shifts, and market disruptions affecting 2026
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive teams on post-quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Author quarterly Horizon Scan reports analyzing emerging risks and opportunities in climate-tech and neuro-interfaces
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients transitioning to Web3.0 and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions in augmented reality and quantum-resistant security
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies and cross-industry trend synthesis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of presenting to C-level audiences on transformative futures
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or impact on organizational strategy
