Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/societal trends and forecast their impact by 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for next-generation product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future scenario planning
- Produce trend reports and innovation roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Identify disruptive technologies and partnership opportunities
- Advose on ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional data synthesis and trend visualization skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
