Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) to develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation priorities
- Author thought leadership reports published in FutureTech Review and industry journals
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at Davos, CES, and international futurist conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or top-tier consulting firms
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial success
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., biotech, AR/VR)
- Published author or keynote speaker at futurist events
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex concepts
