Responsibilities
- Architect strategic foresight frameworks to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies through 2026+
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable tech transitions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-focused priorities and risk mitigation
- Produce predictive analytics reports on market evolution, regulatory landscapes, and consumer behavior shifts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies and innovation pipelines
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AGI, bioengineering, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to distill complex futures into actionable insights
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementation for organizations
