Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics, scenario planning, and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and their market implications
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer breakthrough research
- Architect organizational transformation roadmaps to future-proof operations and talent models
- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and innovation management
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology) and societal impact
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, CSO) or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks implemented
- Ability to translate complex futures concepts into actionable business strategies
