- Produce quarterly 'Horizon Scan' reports with actionable recommendations
- Partner with VC firms to identify disruptive startups for strategic partnerships
- Design and launch innovation incubators targeting 2026 commercial opportunities
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of predicting and capitalizing on emerging trends
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking (preferred)
